BCAS is seeking passionate and qualified individuals to join the leadership of our organization in the following volunteer roles:
Board of Directors (up to 2 positions, 2 terms).
Preference will be given to a candidate with a strong financial background as we will need to fill the Treasurer position next year and wish to ensure a smooth transition.
These roles are critical in helping BCAS ensure there are opportunities for individuals with physical and/or cognitive disabilities get out skiing or snowboarding on the hills and mountains across British Columbia. The Nominations Committee will make a final determination based on a variety of considerations.
The BCAS Board provides strategic leadership, setting the vision, goals, and values for the organization while ensuring operational accountability.
