Beyond Limits! Elevating possibility in adaptive sports

Join us for 3 days of on-snow training, workshops, and community building designed for current CADS-certified instructors. Expand your skills, connect with peers, and strengthen your adaptive teaching techniques to deliver even greater impact on the slopes. Beyond skill development, Summit fosters connection across the CADS community—encouraging mentorship, networking, and shared best practices to elevate adaptive snowsports instruction across British Columbia

Registration Details:

Cost:  $75, includes the following:

  • 2-day lift ticket
  • Friday evening session
  • All on-snow sessions
  • Saturday evening dinner at Hearthstone Lodge, catered by Capone’s.

Not Included:

  • Accommodation
  • Travel
  • Meals other than Saturday evening dinner

Accommodation Detail:  We have several options this year, in various price ranges.  There are limited rooms available, so please book early to avoid disappointment.  All details below.

Sundance Lodge:  SOLD OUT  A room block has been reserved at Sundance Lodge for event participants.  Friday, December 5th & Saturday, December 6th:  $169 per night + 16% taxes, optional extension nights (Thursday, December 4th or Sunday, December 7th, $149 per night + 16% taxes.  Please call 250-578-0200 to reserve your room.

Sun Peaks Grand:  There is a variety of double queen, king and accessible rooms available from $239 plus tax, per night.  Please use the following link to book:  BCAS 2025 Summit .

Hearthstone Lodge:  SOLD OUT   We have 7 double rooms booked, priced at $190.79 plus 16% taxes, per night.  These rooms must be booked thru Heather at BCAS, please email heather@bcadaptive.com.  (Note:  this is where we are having dinner on Saturday evening.)

Cahilty Lodge:  There is a group rate at the Cahilty Lodge – use promo code SkiRace and ensure you reference BC Adaptive Snowsports on your reservation request.  They currently have a few rooms available (as of Oct. 16-25)  Cahilty Lodge Reservations
