BC Adaptive Snowsports today announces the development of a new brand. The rebrand process includes the launch of a new logo, as well as a new website.
The launch of the new BC Adaptive Snowsports logo provides the anchor for the contemporary rebrand of an organization that has evolved substantially in the last decade. Providing a clean look reflective of top industry brands, the logo includes a unique font providing a subtle distinction when applied on apparel, signage, and all digital formats. The two mountain peaks within the logo pay homage to the two most important populations within BC Adaptive Snowsports; the participants and the volunteers.
In addition to the logo, another key component of the BC Adaptive Snowsports rebrand is the launch of a new website. The new website is designed to better communicate in areas current members visit most (i.e. membership registration, upcoming events, contacts). Additionally, the website is developed to inform those looking to try adaptive skiing/snowboarding, providing direction on how to get involved as a participant or volunteer with one of the adaptive snowsport clubs across British Columbia. Regardless of the reason for visiting, for those individuals who wish to adapt the website to their personal preferences, a web accessible solution is provided on the site.
“I am hopeful our participants and volunteers don’t view this rebrand simply as a new logo and website,” explained Jeff Sauvé, Executive Director, BC Adaptive Snowsports. “We are of course excited to reveal a brand that will look great online, on the mountain, and that stacks up to any brand in the ski/snowboard industry. Most importantly, however, we want to signal to our adaptive snowsport community that they belong to an organization that will work hard to stay relevant and continually evolve to best serve our participants and volunteers across British Columbia.”
